In September 2019, Joycelyn "JOY" Fuller wanted to create a floral arrangement for her home and decided to visit her local Dollar Tree to gain some inspiration. Although she found some very beautiful and inexpensive artificial flowers, vases, and foam bricks there, she had to somehow take what she had envisioned in her head and manifest it into something tangible. After receiving positive reviews and compliments from her family and friends on her arrangement, and then it happened - the creation of Joyful Designz LLC and the rest is history!
